About these terms
These terms apply to work carried out by Kizzas Contracting, operated by Kieran Crudeli, ABN 29 242 418 229. Anything agreed in writing for a specific job takes priority over what is written here.
Quotes
A quote is based on the information you provide, including the address, the property size and the photos you send. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, the price may need to change, and you will be told before the work goes ahead.
Quotes are an estimate of the work described. They do not include anything not listed in them.
Booking and access
You are responsible for making sure the property can be accessed on the agreed day, including unlocking gates, securing pets and clearing vehicles or items from the areas to be worked on. If access cannot be gained, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Site condition
Please point out anything hidden in the grass before work starts, such as sprinkler heads, garden edging, pegs, cabling, pipes or rubbish. Damage to items that were not visible and were not disclosed is not the responsibility of the business.
Weather
Work may be rescheduled when conditions make it unsafe or when cutting would damage the lawn. You will be contacted rather than left waiting.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on the invoice or quote for the job.
Cancellation
Let us know as early as you can if a booking needs to move. Repeat cancellations at short notice may mean a job is not rebooked.
Results
Lawn condition depends on soil, watering, shade, season and how long the grass was left before the first visit. Work is carried out to a professional standard, and no particular appearance or growth outcome is guaranteed.
